Because we enjoy and have made a living by using public resources like our rivers, wilderness and wildlife we feel we must give back to protect those resources. This is how we came up with the idea for 1% for the Planet which we co-founded with our good friend Yvon Chouinard, Patagonia Inc. founder.

Much of the joy of living in Yellowstone country is showing and teaching others the wonders of this wild place whether it be by fishing for wild and native species, cross country skiing, hiking, exploring or hunting.
